Historical information on the rifle and the gunmakers Tatham & Egg
The London gunmakers Henry Tatham and Joseph Egg made this flintlock rifle around 1816. This model served as a master for my replica.
If you look at the time of manufacture, it is amazing that this flintlock rilfe was made exclusively for sport shooting at this time already.
